In Loving Memory of Derrick Dwayne Dupre.   It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Derrick Dwayne Dupre, age 39, who went to be with the Lord on May 22, 2024. He was a loving fiance', father, son, brother, and friend.

Derrick is survived by his devoted mother, Linda Dupre Gallow, and his supportive stepfather, Jermaine Gallow, Sr. He leaves behind his beloved siblings Pierre Dupre, Cassie Dupre, Karnisha Patton, and Jermaine Gallow, Jr. Derrick was a proud and loving father to his cherished children:  Devondraay Dwayne Dupre, Bailey Burnworth, and Heaven Burnworth.

He will also be remembered fondly by his uncles:  Joseph John Dupre, Charlie James Dupre, Joseph Dupre, Lee Dupre, and Frank Dupre, all of Eunice, LA. David Dupre of Lake Charles, LA and Kevin Dupre, Sr. or Moss Bluff, LA.

In this time of sorrow, we also honor the memory of Derrick's loving fiance', Lisa Burnworth who departed this life alongside him. Their enduring love and commitment to each other will forever be remembered.

Derrick was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents Albert and Lillie Dupre Sr; one dear aunt, Lena Mae Dupre; and three uncles, Albert Dupre Jr., Marvin Dupre Sr., and George Dupre Sr.
