Wilfred Bellard was born in Eunice, La on December 18,1963 & passed May 14, 2025 at 8:56pm at his residence. He was the son of Mr. Walter Bellard Sr. & Mrs. Viola Pete Bellard. He was the sibling of the late Cleveland Bellard, Bonnie Mae Bellard Orebo, Walter Bellard Jr., Russell Bellard, & Willis Bellard. He leaves one  son Justin Parham, two granddaughters Jayell and Mylia Parham all of Long Beach, California, One Brother Michael R. Bellard of Eunice, LA & a host of nieces, nephews, relatives & friends to cherish his memories.  Wilfred will always be remembered as a remarkable cook. He enjoyed barbequing for his community and performing handyman jobs for local businesses.  On any given day, you might see him riding his bike or walking around town.  Wilfred's kind personality and generous actions will always be cherished by all who knew him.  May his legacy live on forever.
